Information we collect and how it is used
You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. When we use the term "personal information" we mean information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous so that it does not identify a specific user. We only collect personal information when a user elects to contact us or makes a purchase from us. If you do so you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information by our servers.
How we use information
The main reason we use information is to provide you with information regarding our products and services and completing transactions. This includes, for example, operating the Site and responding to inquiries received through the Site. In doing so, we may combine information we receive through inquiries on the Site with our other electronic and paper files relating to customers and potential customers. We may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current goods and services or of potential new goods and services that may be offered. We do not provide personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may use your personal information to respond to your inquiries and thereafter send you information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt-out by contacting us at (+963) 11 23 30 623-24 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements or requests, enforce our policies, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Reyes Holdings and others. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We provide personal information to service providers under contract who help with our business operations. We will disclose information to law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third-parties, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other Reyes Holdings user to legal liability. In such events, we will disclose information that we believe to be relevant and necessary to the investigation or inquiry. In the event we are engaged in or contemplating a merger or other corporate acquisition with another business entity, personal information may be disclosed to and would likely be acquired by the other business entity. We may, without your consent, access and disclose your personal information, any communications sent or received by you, and any other information that we may have about you as may be permitted or required by law, regulation, rule or court order pursuant to requests from governmental, regulatory or administrative agencies or law enforcement authorities; or to prevent, investigate, identify persons or organizations potentially involved in activity that appears to us to be illegal or we believe may expose us to legal liability. Additionally, we may disclose personal information in situations that we believe to be emergencies involving potential threats to the physical safety or any person or property if we believe that the information in any way relates to that threat.

We store and process personal information on servers and computers we control in the U.S. We use technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. We retain information as long as it is reasonably necessary and relevant for our operations. In addition, we may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements. While we have implemented reasonable security measures to safeguard personal information using reasonable industry standards, please keep in mind that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
